If youre excited about supporting busy media sales reps, looking for growth opportunities and have one to two years of inside sales experience, wed like to hear from you.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, this position involves generating sales leads through telephone contact with gatekeepers, marketing professionals at Consumer Products companies and Account Representatives with ad agencies and public relations firms. You will be responsible for assisting our sales reps - making outbound calls, tracking and reporting daily activity, maintaining a customer relations database, and performing other duties as required.

As the Inside Sales Manager at Foodbuzz, youll be on the front lines of the sales team, helping us make 2010 one of our biggest years. Were currently seeing rapid growth and heavy interest from advertisers, so this is an exciting opportunity to see a start-up really accelerate and be a part of it.

The ideal candidate will be confident and driven - able to prove their selling abilities by assisting territory representatives with ideating and sales pitches and ultimately moving into an Inside Sales position.

Requirements:
1 to 2 years inside sales experience supporting a sales team, ideally in digital advertising
Demonstrated success in telephone lead generation through cold-calling
Proven results in Inside Sales
Experience in utilizing CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, for tracking leads and sales opportunities
Proficient in Excel and Google Mail
Superior skills in the sales cycle using in-house processes prospecting and representing the company in a professional, knowledgeable way
Excellent verbal and written skills; detail-oriented
Strong work ethic; comfortable working in a start-up environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in online social media a plus
BA/BS degree

Responsibilities:
Aggressively source and generate new sales leads to assist sales team in achieving goals
Develop leads from lead lists; cold call contacts
Track leads, progress and create task lists using key sales tools, including salesforce.com
