KOWLOON in Saugus. It's just north of Boston. The food is amazing! It's always on Phantom Gourmet too! Definitely give it a try. You won't regret it.

PF CHANGS is also a good choice, but different than what we Americans typically consider Chinese food. Still very good though, but pricier.
